Users must adhere to the community rules and behave respectfully within the coworking space. Disruptive behavior or violations of any local laws will result in termination of access.
1.4. Liability
DEOS Coworking is not responsible for any lost or stolen items within the coworking space. Please secure your belongings.
1.5. Refund Conditions
We value your satisfaction. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Policy: You may receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your reserved time.
- No Same-Day Refunds: Refunds are not available for cancellations made on the same day as the booking or for services already used.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp at +6282145503494. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
- Non-refundable Charges: Please note that certain fees, if applicable and clearly stated at the time of booking (e.g., booking fees, processing fees), may be non-refundable.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
